Registration information

The registration fees for the 2013 conference are listed below for members and non-members. Delegates who have not paid their membership fee for 2013 can pay it together with their conference registration fee.

Details of AfTA membership fees can be found by visiting the Membership Page.  Membership fees are £50 for those based in Europe/America, and £25 for those in Africa or students in Europe/America. 

Please note that all rates published below are inclusive of the one-day return coach journey to Derby,  but does not include the costs of accommodation and meals. Delegates are expected to provide for their own accomodation and subsistence during the conference.   

Registration Fees (with Membership Renewal)
  • Early bird (till end of April): £120 + membership fee
  • Full fee (from 1 May): £130 + membership fee
  • Daily rate: £45 + membership fee
  • Student rate: £90 + student membership fee

Registration Fees (Non-Members Only)

  • Early bird (till end of April): £180
  • Full fee (from 1 May): £190
  • Daily rate: £65
  • Student rate: £120

*All advance payments will be by credit or debit card using our secure online payment portal below*


Delegates who have not registered will still be able to do so by visiting the conference registration desk on arrival at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Registration and delegate accreditation opens at 2pm on Thursday 11th July

The conference registration desk will be located at the Richard Hogart Building (Room 150).
